I like number 4 - some great surface detail there; I would suggest taking out some of the blueish glow and going for something slightly less 'angelic' in terms of colour; obviously the spikes scream 'VIRUS!' but there's just something about the softness and pearly light that makes it seem more benign than perhaps it should? Does the whole thing need to go more greenish?
